BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS
The Marion Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors is made up of business leaders and community partners.
Board terms are three years. Board members can serve for two consecutive terms at a time but must take a year off before further board service. Term limits were adopted as part of the 2023-2025 Strategic Plan.
Board Elections
Elections are held in November and are open for all voting members to participate. Applications will be considered and finalized by the Nominations Committee.

DIRECTOR EMERITUS
The Chairperson of the Board of Directors may appoint, with the approval of the Board of Directors at a regular or special meeting, a person as Director Emeritus in recognition of long or especially meritorious service on the Board of Directors - including Board Chair service. Director Emeritus shall have no voting powers and serve for life.
