Nominee Guidelines: Recognizes an individual who has shown significant contribution to our community and who has excelled in a field outside of the Chamber. Honoree selected by voting members.

Finalists will be notified that they are being considered for the awards after the nomination deadline. Awards will be presented at our 2023 Annual Dinner on January 19th, 2024.

Please fill out this form to the best of your ability. All nominations will be considered. It is not required to answer every question in this form, but it helps.
